The 2026 Humanities Summer School is an international study program held in English and organized by the Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures.
The summer school will take place from 15 June to 10 July 2026.
The Humanities Summer School is a 4-week intensive online program for university students (BA and MA) and will be completely free of charge for those of the University of Bergamo. The courses, taught in English, focus on humanistic, social, and economic topics with an interdisciplinary approach (they are NOT aimed at language learning):

3) ‘Make’ in Italy: An Introductory Lab on Entrepreneurship and Venture Creation in Cultural and Creative Industries | Supported by “Competencies and Resources for Entrepreneurial Orientation” (CREO) – Center for Young and Family Enterprise (CYFE), University of Bergamo, within the broader entrepreneurship education offerings available on the CREO platform; Course Director Prof. Davide Hahn
4) How to See the World. Contemporary Visual Cultures and Politics of the Gaze | Prof. Giuseppe Previtali
The credits awarded (5 or 6 cfu) may be included in the study plan either as elective or as supernumerary (additional) courses; credits recognition is subject to the approval of the Board of the Degree Course (Consiglio del Corso di Studio).
